I'm not sure why the thread I tried to post yesterday was rejected, so here's the information I want to share with you. I talked with a Sanford Wittels legal asst. two days ago, and here's what she told me:
1. On May 31 the judge approved Novartis's settlement.
2. Novartis has until July 2 to appeal it.
3. If they do not appeal, we will have checks by mid-August.
4. If they do appeal, we may not see money for months or years.
