Gilmore now Strom. Are these related reasons?
Who are losing share to? Jeaveau and RHA? I am really worried about the filler launch from Evolus. It has been on the cards for a while with the US performance as terrible as it is. Glen is the guy who can sort things out. Maybe now we’ll get some proper investment when Jeff is confident it won’t get spent on waste of time consumer pushes meanwhile the share tanks.
Carrie on my wayword Strom.Gilmore now Strom. Are these related reasons?
Haha! Yes, he’s going to fix and sort this out. He’ll be the one to differentiate Botox and Juvederm from all the other products to show the market why it’s more expensive. HCPs will agree and will buy the most expensive products. The differentiation Glen produces will show its works significantly faster, last significantly longer and in a very accurate way which is the reason why we will charge more.It has been on the cards for a while with the US performance as terrible as it is. Well said. Crowded and tough market now with more to come. Going to be very tough to grow and maintain share no matter who is in charge.Haha! Yes, he’s going to fix and sort this out. GTFOOH. He’s another person trying to steer a boat through a plethora of products that also work. New name, same result.
Costco’s tissue works just as well compared to Kleenex, and much cheaper.
But why is it a crowded and tough market. We were there first. We have been investing in R&D and BD before anyone else. Shouldn’t we have new and differentiated products? Why does evolus have a new filler? Why don’t we? Who is making the decisions that got us here? Really.Well said. Crowded and tough market now with more to come. I don’t think growth is there like in the past plus more competition makes it hard to meet expectations. Just my 2 cents. It's not like anyone else in aesthetics has launched a differentiated product either. Evolus filler is nothing new. Not holding my breath that any "next generation" product will shake up this industry. We all saw what happened with Revance.
