Why the USLT sucks

OThey are all insecure. Mentored by JB who is an arrogant SOB. Do you remember how he acted at the NSM when he was in the balcony? He instilled the arrogance that the women "leaders" have towards everybody beneath them. The women leaders are the most insecure and have to have the tough as nails demeanor in order to look smart. Every decision is done with a flair that tries to overcome the incompetence. That is why the men "leaders" try to wear the really nice hip clothes and sporty business attire to project an image. That is why they drink and cuss in order to intimidate you from getting to know them. It is fools gold. They are empty and fake people. Don't feed their egos by playing along. If you are hired by these people to "lead", then you are really just a puppy dog who will follow orders since you don't know what you are doing and are too stupid and scared to stand up for yourselves or your team. Just look at all the recent hires. All loyal to a fault and dumb as nails. Why do you want to join this group even if you could? So what should I do? Find another job while you still have this job. Everyone who has left or been fired will tell it is so much better (but not necessarily easier). Even if you fail or make a little less money, you'll eventually find something that works. You won't starve or have your house foreclosed. Stop taking the easy way out. Gather your courage and save your dignity. You'll thank yourself. If you chose to stay, then you're the moron that they bet you are which is why they manage you the way that they do. There are no promotions in your horizon no mater how many leadership programs they put you through. Getting that promotion to Med Group is not really a promotion. You aren't going to be promoted to AD just because you helped your micromanaging AD with that really cool spreadsheet that took you hours to perfect. Your SCA slide deck isn't going to crack the big health system. Don't wait until it is too late. Stay strong and you will eventually break free.

It's very easy to tell when someone is genuine. When they actually care about others. Not in a touchy-feely way, but when someone is actually invested in your success because they realize that leadership is all about getting the most out of your people.

This group of USLT only cares about themselves. They fail to realize they need their teams to succeed for them to succeed. And because of this, they will fail.
