Why the push for off-label promotion?

Why do they load our target call list with doctors that don’t treat the approved indication, schizophrenia. Why do they pay us for prescriptions for off-label use?
Seems very fishy.
 




Yes, all of these prescriptions coming from these reps certain doctors definitely are off label prescribing but all they publicize is how great they are. Why all the push for this type of business ?
 




Why? I mean is seems fairly obvious why, revenue. However most companies are responsible enough to leave it to the discretion of the rep.. I have never seen or heard of a company pushing the reps so shamelessly. Literally getting threatened in the NE to promote off label or not have a job.
 




















Why do you think they hired people from Vanda? That is all Vanda did was ask rep to promote off label and encourage it. I saw this coming by the managers they hired a cross the country from many other companies. They were the managers that did what was told not
Matter if it is illegal.
Document everything and be a whistleblower. It is not right to do this!
