Why So Quiet?

Here to get the creative juices flowing on theories as to why it’s so quiet around this place. I’ll start: too many reps/overlaps and leadership doesn’t know how to handle the problem with underperformance.
 












Be sure to hit 80% reach on your target list that you committed to. We opened javelin and “allowed” you make changes to your call plan, even though we denied all changes. No go see those targets you committed to even though you can’t see 70% of them.
You’re forcing us to either lie about calls or not see our targets. Either way it’s a path to me not having a job.
 






What makes you say they don't know how to handle it? I wouldn't think the restructure will come this year but it definitely will come at some point.
Underperformance? How about unrealistic expectations. Does anyone up top have experience in this market/disease state? This is a long sell product, people don't switch when something is 'working', especially when coverage is spotty at best. Yes, some reps (more like geographies) are crushing it, but check their MC. Parity across the board early in launch. I'd like to see the national Uzedy numbers, I believe there are still a lot of zeros.

Not OP but I think handling is being referred to sarcastically because leadership is quiet (hence the post title) and shoving metrics at every corner. We all know Javelin is bullshit. We all know calls will be faked or reach will be low. Can’t have both. We also know adding more reps through expansion or overlays is terrible. Most geographies are inflated by at least one rep. Some territories have 4 or 5 maybe more reps calling on the same docs. Teva has created the perfect shit storm to allow NP, NH, LTC, hospital and even NS to step on each other. Does not make business sense to do that. Some managers encouraging reps to log calls for credit or shared credit. Nobody knows the rules and in time this collapse on itself. Take away the underperformance reasons due to MC or parity and what you have is the ultimate breeding ground for turf wars and backstabbing. It’s already happening. Just ask around

my counterparts and I are already at 50% reach. easy to hit numbers when there’s 6 of us
