Why so much NEGATIVITY

I don't understand all this negativity. We work for a Dortune 500 company that not only pays us well but has great insurance and everyone is complaining. Our pipeline looks good and we have some emerging markets.
The only people who should be upset are those in the trenches putting in 40 hour work weeks. If you are waiting in closets and wasting your time for a "sighting" or signature then you're part of the problem. Figure out how to be a resource or stay out of the way of those who know how.

I'm happy here at Lilly. Good culture, decent diabetes pipeline, great manager (I'm lucky), fair compensation....no complaints from me except for not having a laptop to analyze the numbers.

I'm also a fairly new here so I know "first hand" how bad it can be, and is, at many other pharma companies.
