The reason for all the negative comments is the fact that Acumed is viewed as a lousy managed company. I worked in HR for several years and the amount of harassment claims- which were mostly lies from idiotic people, the BS politics, the lack of management skills and knowledge of law could have brought the company down.
Within 1 year, the company had to negotiate “shut up” money to at least 15 employees that were bullied and harassed. People who left the company had to sign a contract stating they would not sue Acumed if they agreed to the negotiated amount paid.
Hey management- just a helpful hint- if you are trying to fire somebody because you don’t like them (business services group) and you try to blame their performance, read your company policy first. You have to place that person on a performance plan in order to constitute the termination. YOU CAN”T JUST TELL HR THE EMPLOYEE IS A POOR PERFORMER.
Guess the real qualifications at Acumed is how wide you can open your mouth and not spill a drop. Wash your knees Business Services
