Well, where to start-
-You have managers that really don't want to be managers which means they don't know what they are doing.
-People they do promote shouldn't be promoted
-Upper management are told what to do by the Japenese which do not understand how the US market works.
-Most important- we have terrible products or out dated products. Patents are about to expire and we have nothing to replace them with. Funny thing is, we do not care about the patents because our products are so out dated know one is trying to make a better drug or studying their drugs against ours.
