With companies now having dual roles and less reps, health systems are more open for companies who can offer the most value overall. With our lack of coreacting and working with health systems on pricing across all our brands is making us late to the party. Whoever has steered us this way is very short sighted. Slaver focused on this stupid DSO model which is garbage and it enough emphasis on what really matters. Our customers can see it. We are shit in this industry now.

How can we look good when our HQ leadership strong arms their teams into Oncology roles with ZERO experience in sales. Just because you can design a marketing piece or build a deck for a brand meeting, or even understand the data in the backend and HAVE NEVER SOLD ANYTHING- This does not mean you can be impactful, effective or QUALIFIED to be with customers. These types of back door political bullshit is what is ruining our reputation as a company and our culture. When is BA or SG going to take the power moves like this away from leaders. These decisions are making a mockery of our industry, company and sales force!
