Why isn't Biotronik doing Better, pushing "old-timers" out

They have pushed all senior management out, and re assigned them to dinner/ wine host, nice job

Bio has chosen to push the old-timers, Independents, out. This is the issue, replacing them with big three management cast-offs with little or no field experience, in anticipation of a market structure based on commodity status i.e pricing. So you have the blind leading the dim witted, the good reps aren't sticking around. There has been a number of people let go recently; but, you won't hear that from BIO. "We're growing, 16 quarters, no layoffs" Truth is, that is BS, market contraction, or desire for a younger, cheaper workforce is their MO.

They have been hiring younger, cheaper, clinicals and driving out all but Western Medical, and Coop.

Dan could'nt make Bio into MDT, nor can the people he brought over. Pushing out the "old-timers" was their first mistake, and nearly cost them the HCA contract.

They didn't push them out because they were too "old", it was just because it was taking too long for them to recover from their 2-3X $200 bottles of Cabernet every night, the Adult Cabarets, and avoid AdVaMed, the DOJ, and their Spouses. However, Management replacing them in contrast are Duds, Dudes with Degrees but no field experience, and they can't carry on a conversation with customers. I wish the experienced managers were back, at least the wine was better than what they expense now.

I'll take a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20, and can I get 8 glasses. Please where is the Bam in this company anymore

To the dingle ling on the first reply, Bio is #4, go back to law school. Don't enter into lawsuits, when you don't know anything about the market space. I'm sure you can learn plenty on this thread, but please learn more. Bio, I've heard, has been letting many old timers go, b/c they weren't performing, and they want a direct sales force, if I'm incorrect please have someone else tell me the facts. And stop bottom feeding, disgracing this company, unless you have more proof
