Why is turnover so high on Ponvory contract???

I heard they have lost 25% of their sales force with more planning to leave. Is it because of the rumor that the contract will end in 5 months??

I think its because of the threat of an abrupt end of contract but mostly due to the inept marketing team put in place by Janssen. Is it a good drug? well . not much better than any other, a very crowded market!!! Other companies are paying their MS teams 150 plus and great benefits. Syneos salary stinks to high heaven!!!

Horrible roll out by Janssen, its like they want it to fail. Marketing resources on back order, half the stuff they don't even have yet but they want numbers.... great drug but little drive from Janssen.

Seriously,?? A great drug in who's mind? KP, both of them are inept, Armondo is just their water boy and yes the Janssen Marketing team needs to be sent on their way!! Sue B and the Prince are the most inept marketing managers in the pharma business. This contract will end very shortly and all these displaced workers will find it very hard to find another position. They keep extending the carrot, that they will eventually be pulled into Janssen,LIES LIES LIES! It never will happen!!!!!!!!!
