Why is this territory open??????

Does anyone know why the Alexandria, La territory has been open for over a year?
Does no one want this job? In this climate you'd think that there would be an abundance of people applying.
 






Legend has it that prevous reps from this territory all became insane..... coincidence? Or perhaps just Shire legend.... Go ahead.... test your luck.... muhahahhahahaa
 






The RD there has had 1.5 years to fill it. She would probably say Zig Zigler was not "Shire Material". In addition, it's pretty obvious, it has a high market share so why fill it and actually have to work (it just means one less rep for her to have to ride with).
