i always see postings for forest. why is the turnover so high?

Because it is a dying business model. Me too products in a cost pressured healthcare system loaded with generics. Not the best place to establish a sales career. Follow the science and look for innovative products that make a real difference for patients.

You forgot the obvious...worst managment team in pharma - hands down. Ask any reputable recruiter or even current employee

Ditto that! Management is awful. And I really mean awful. It use to be a great place to work for. It's a good start for new grads but for the older professional...35 and up..definitely not a good place. They treat you like your 4 and have no business sense.

Turnover is high because once you work here for 1-2 years and know more about the industry than your 28 year old DM, they get rid of you because you threaten them.
