Why is stock price down?

Self admitted no financial guru, but why would stock fall 3% after what appears to be positive vaccine news?
What am I missing here?

Buy on the rumor, sell on the news.

Also, AZ will be not making very much at all on the vaccine. Personally believe they are using it as a good will positioning worldwide showing that pharma has a heart.

No large Pharma companies gonna be allowed to make more than about a nickel from this pandemic it’s just not in keeping with trying to present that Pharma operates for the public good. Besides that Pfizer will probably kick our ass anyway they always do.

One possible reason for the stock being down is profit taking. Let's face the last few weeks have shown a nice increase in AZ stock perhaps some mutual funds have decided to take their money and run so to speak. This is not uncommon.
