PENNSAID® diclofenac sodium topical solution) 2% w/w is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for treating the pain of osteoarthritis of the knee(s).
Well it hasn't come from leadership. They don't even act like they care about the product. This is probably a lone wolf, competitor losing market share or a fired rep looking for revenge.

Better check the state podiatry board. In some states, it would not be off label promotion to talk to a podiatrist about OA of the knee.
