Why is no one pushing back on eDriving app?

Total intrusion of privacy. Lack of respect and trusts of the sales force tracking us and judging every little thing we do in the car. Beyond ridiculous. How will this help company morale which the ET apparently doesn't understand is in the toilet right now? Where is the Culture Team too? People are gonna lose their shit when this rolls out.

Former rep here that would love to hear the details about this and how they rolled it out. It just reinforces my decision to walk away from this nightmare.. Good luck to all.

Who cares it’s just a flunkies job.

Because we have received little to no info on it, just forced to click on a consent page to get the ball rolling. I'm sure we will all have to download the app to our ios devices soon. I chuckle at the thought of not being able to access devices in the car- as many of us spend upwards of 4-6 hours a day driving ( those w big or rural territories).

Six hours driving a day? What a tard.

Hey sport, how is today’s 6 hour drive going?

Its nothing. Idiots that think big brother of s tracking their every movement are the ones that aren’t working. This is Job is so fucking easy- you really have to work at screwing this up.

I read through the BS disclaimer info as I was clicking through the consents. I read all about the points system that this vendor will slap on you for making claims for replacing cracked windshields from a truck who kicks one up in the air in front you traveling down the interstate…. Complete BS! Also, if you get a ticket while in your personal car or Novo- mobile, we have to report it to this vendor in 24 hrs so we can self incriminate ourselves and get more points that will give a sub par rating on their little fucking scale..Then to top it all off, I read the one liner about about the “Telemetrics”.
It simply gives Novo Nordisk the right to install a telemetrics device in our Novo-mobiles at anytime. I’m thinking that if you are not an A or B rated driver, then Novo will probably make you install the app for Telemetrics, but knowing micro managing fucking company, that will just make us all do it anyway so that the management team can have something else to justify their non-producing jobs at our emotional expense/moral.

Lilly went to the points BS years ago and then added the telemetric part 5 years after that. I have a friend who works for them and they said they got a call from their manager just after they added the telemetrics app and the manager said, “Hey, you might want to slow it down”. smh…

There is Nothing wrong with transparency and accountability on the job. No more joy rides, shopping, and taking 2 hours gym time on Novo time! Sales reps have had too much autonomy and now is the time for them to work hard like the rest of us!! We laugh at the entitled, whiny sales reps!

On point post! Thanks for the truth!!

On point post! Thanks for the truth!!
There is absolutely nothing on point about this post.. Who in the hell has time for a 2 hr gym time during the fired day?? I may be missing the boat here on this crap poster(s) that think reps are trying to cheat the system some how..
Maybe at one (years ago) when pharma had multiple reps in pods and you stepping all over each other for calls and pissing of offices w/ 3 calls a week from multiple partners you has time to kill, but those days have been gone for many years and that shit was not the reps fault anyway!! That was the damn ET/RBD’s trying to justify their non producing existence w/ hiring too many damn reps!

So now this eDrive crap is just a giant waste of $ and it is very obvious that this will just another attempt for non producing management positions to give them something to monitor to keep the allure of “managing” because their jobs do not produce! BTW, every rep out here knows damn well that the ET & RBD’s could last a POA doing the job that we do now as sales people. Face managers, this is not 1999’s pharma anymore and you actually do have to work your ass off everyday!!

So take your eDriving and drive it right up your ass!

Damn Right! It was pretty obvious that the “Spot On” post was just a manager or RBD thinking that Reps have this spare time on their hands day in & day out..
Has not been that way for 10–15 yrs Bub!!

So go check your silly reports and have management calls on “coaching” all you want. Truth be told, you know damn well you are not producers, but rather a hinder as long as the rep is not a greenhorn or something.. Good grief!
