Who exactly are the clinical, inexperienced sales reps that left due to frustration from no sales aptitude?

People are leaving due to the low pay and poor management. Not due to “frustration” in their job from no sales aptitude.

I do agree the training sucks though.

They never got the training right.

You can blame it on the training, but the fact is the medication doesn’t cut it. Physicians don’t care about PF. They say they do and do the opposite. The price is what has this drug by the ropes.
