Why is Frank C still getting paid?

Why are we blaming SS or AM or DC or other VPs for the actions that initiated and took place with Frank C being in charges of the sales and marketing? Why is LC so afraid of touching Frank C's package? Isn't this a fact that OB and FC are kept because they have dirt on LC and Japan?

What kind of "dirt" are you referring to? Can you elaborate?

If these cost cuttings were about cost cutting, Frank would be the first to go. Frank knows about certain LC's accounting practices than can land LC in jail.
