Crestor will only be rx'd after generic simva and generic atorva fails...then Crestor brand. DOES AZ ACTUALLY THINK CRESTOR SALES WILL INCREASE WHEN LIPITOR GOES GENERIC? Do any of the higher ups have common sense, never mind a business degree??
