Why is AAA so separate in the new structure??

Considering the entire AAA NET division got sent packing a couple of months ago with no hope for placement in the new organization I’d say they have been through enough.

Im not taking about the NET team. That was a terrible decision. I’m talking about T4G. So stupid they are separated.

AG fought to keep things horribly business as usual to protect himself from looking worse due to his poor leadership decisions. The whole reorganization of AAA doesn't line up to the IM organization at all. The NET team was truly canned for no good reason and it's on him.

Trust me, nobody over there signed up for any of this,but I do know they went to AAA (including those from Nov onc) BECAUSE it was supposed to be different. It's a different sell with treatment sites. Nobody over there wants to be associated with Novartis anything, including those that have been AAA from the beginning. This is a debacle launch. Novartis Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Management had no idea this would be big now we can't support customers and they've cut the bonus 3 times. No excitement for any of the successes, just a bunch of reasons why everyone should just be happy they have a job. NVS ruins everything they touch.
