Why is Xeljanz Clueless Pres & VP adding more reps! And if that is not stupid enough given we currently have 50% too many rep & reps across US making joint calls to get 5 calls day, lack of brains is adding exclusive GI reps in a specialty where it is CV black boxed basically 7th last line before surgery in train wrecks!
Not to mention GIs are not accessable and 80% calls is on nurses & NPs.
This leadership of Lotz & his take orders yes men RDs who going along w it, is a total complete joke!
Cant not get out of this dysfunction fast enough when companies start hiring again.
(When you think they have driven a once good division into the ground how much more can they do?--well i guess turn it into ashes!!!)

Xeljanz VP is an idiot when it comes to business common sense, judgment & decision making!
He is old outdated marketing mindset, throw more reps & calls then sales will increase.
LMFA . Dude should not be anything more than a marketing manager in a cubical.
ZERO Leadership skills.
He just needs to keep his focus on daily whisky at happy hours & chasing women & making racial jokes in the office instead of trying to make business decisions.
