I don’t get all the shit stirring and petty bs towards people who are trying to get out of here. Who the hell cares. Stay or go, whatever just live your own damn life and mind your business. It’s like highschool drama on the Ilumya team. If you know someone is looking, hear a rumor mind your business. Or if you see them at same interview mind your business idiot because you are telling on yourself, trying to cause problems for fellow employee when you are looking to get out yourself is stupid.
Can it get anymore miserable at this place when you see people mad for people looking.
