Keep typing these comments in the GLINT surveys instead of complaining about DM’s not living the regeneron way. DM’s have little say so, but 250-300+ MS’s all sticking together and saying the things we want to see change——more vacation days/sick days, more than primary care ic payouts per quarter, and systems that work and not developed in 1990. Just like a rally or strike…who’s with me? Type this stuff in comments and let Marion read all of them and see how much it would mean/culture improvement to our opinion and voice matter by implementing real changes. It starts with us everyone and what we can do when given a chance to make our concerns heart. Bring on GLINT—-I’m ready so let’s all do our part.

Well said, the only way these issues get acknowledged and addressed is for a majority of the sales force to speak up.
