Why does MG have so many vacant territories?













Because reps had better opportunities to make more money or have better careers elsewhere? It’s not like Pacira is known for being a place that has any respect for the Salesforce, or any desire to pay people what they’re worth…If you’re not in a leadership position that is.

Culture in this place is rotten to the core. Good for them finding a way out.

If DS could have his way every territory would be open because there would be no more saleforces. His delusional brain seems to believe that this is some alternate universe where customers make decisions, all on their own, proactively, when it comes to products they use. They’re just constantly searching in altruistic vain for all of the best answers to their problems…

The day he and the rest of his cronies are gone is the day that this company has a chance at becoming something respectable.

Gee with all the prior management experience what else do you expect?! The days of David Kaplan and managers with Med Device experience have been gone for a long time- Upper management are fools too busy trying to stay in favor with stack.

Once again a pacira pass through, no interviews for the position no experience no skill....Much like the rest of the "managers", you know the right people and you're in the club you get promoted. My manager has no clue and rides with me every 2-3 months, I am fortunate to have a lazy manager. Area Director is worse, he is full of himself and not a brain to be found, the bar is low.
