Why do RD's get Friday off?

Seems like a double standard. We bust it for them on Fridays, why do they get the day off?

And before I get the response "we do office work on Friday". That's BS and we all know it.

Ok, I think my rd is the best in the company. However the awkwardness they bring is not deniable. LMAO when I read this thread, also reassuring that my rd isn't the only one that mimmicks a tiger ready to pounce growling at first the receptionist and then the doctor as well. My rd definitely eats their frosted flakes and brings the heat with Tony the Tiger grrrrrrrr.

The only problem is it cripples access for a few weeks thereafter.

t is beyond awkward. There have been MULTIPLE times I've been with my socially awkward and the next few times I've been denied. Your right there is no denying that its extremely uncomfortable but they don't care.

But like the first post says, why do they get Fridays off? Complete BS because if you dont work until 5 the days there with you, you get reprimanded. And we all know they didn't work til 5 when they were reps. Complete double standard.
 






It's funny how these RDs come on CP and post with regularity(DK and WP mainly) but have stayed away from this thread. They know they don't do shit on Fridays. It will all end when we go under anyway. Enjoy it while you can guys.
 






I don't care what my RD or DMM (district micro manager) does on Friday, so long as he is out of my hair for one day! I wish my DMM did drink more moonshine, perhaps that should be mandatory with their Friday off as a micromanager, drink mine shine and chill out!
