He has the winning personality for that. But everyone who knows Dean, knows that he likes to slug it out in the trenches. Dean isn’t afraid of and actually enjoys getting his hands dirty. Hope this helps.

Dean is a real pro. An unstoppable force in the field. And I wouldn’t sell him short on any position that he sets his mind on having. His popularity at Bio, at Quest Diagnostics and most importantly, in the market, is off the charts.

He is solid, for sure. He will definitely have a place as a great rep in the new organization. The person who is most vulnerable is Cindy, the abysmal sales record that has been compiled during her tenure is embarrassing and frankly indefensible

Dean has some significant blind spots that he will never recognize; his self-awareness and E.I. are low. Nevertheless his drive will be an asset as a REP. Cindy is in over her head; yes she is vivacious and energetic but in management you need to make tough decisions and deliver results. FAIL.
 






Dean does not deserve respect because he does not respect anybody. Just ask anybody that has ever worked for him. They will all give you the same answer he was very disrespectful. Maybe that is why he drives around with that slug in the car with him. It’s really funny how he has a bodyguard. Hope this helps!!!!

Ignore all of this slanderous trash about Dean from the failures at Bio who are dwarfed by his amazing achievements, his immense popularity and his rockstar presence. Their bitterness and jealousy have driven them to a point of insanity. Dr. Laura refers to this as DDS, or Dean Derangement Syndrome. They won’t recover. Hope this helps.
