Why does my FLM insist on calling me or field traveling with me? Why do my BRM or LTC manager ask me to do anything? Leave me alone and let me enjoy my last few weeks. Thank you.

Yeah , the reason the company is not doing well is because the sales force sucks. It couldn't be that they over expanded and never replaced blockbuster drugs going generic. Typical moronic statement from someone in mgmt. If there is a problem they blame the sales force and nothing higher than them.

Well, I'm out there working AND looking for a job. In fact, I'm doing better right now than I've done since prior to the pod days. Want to know why? No managers or BRM's wasting my time in the field. No mor teleconferences or webinars. No more spreadsheets and analysis paralysis. No more tripping over counterparts because they aren't working. Nope, I just work smart calling on the people who will move the business. That's "sales" folks...., and I absolutely love it.
