j&j boards state that many cobi reps are making well over $200k. does anyone know why are they getting paid so much? the cobi reps in my area are never in the field so they're definitely not working. what gives? why are we being so micromanaged and underpaid compared to them?

There are also some long time Ortho-McN reps getting close to that bill

some cobi reps are making over $250k for doing squat. how hard is it to get into cobi from this end? sick of all micromanagement here. could use less stress and more money.

.AI-GI 20 PLUS YRS HERE BASE: $129,000, MAXED OUT THE SALARY Band, getting 2.6% new bonus in July rather than % of base increase. Good luck to you all!!!!! Your going to need it.

I keep hoping the merger with j&j biotech and pharma is true so we can be placed in the same banding as the cobi reps. Their bases and commissions blow ours away. Either they're overpaid or we're underpaid. Either way it's not right.

can't believe all the micromanagement bs mcneil puts us through. now we have verbal exams with our dms. bet cobi doesn't make their reps go through all this bs.

COBI Managers are the best. They work even less than the reps do. They're only worried about keeping their jobs, avoiding attention, and winning P-Club and all the sick cash that goes along with that.

Mcneil reps and dms are known to work harder than those at cobi. Cobi people just got into the right op company at the right time and are milking it for all its worth. Can't blame them but would love to join them in making all that dough.

The home offices of both companies are well aware of this. There's an initiative to get rid of cobi deadweight dms and reps and fill the slots with mcneil dms and reps. The biotech franchises are too valuable to the future of jnj and complacency won't be tolerated any longer at jnj. Mcneil has been the hallmark of the conservative and well managed jnj pharma company and it has finally been realized that this model is needed for the biotech franchises as well. Cobi reps and dms aren't going to like the new management style but if they don't shape up and embrace the heightened expectations and corporate culture, they're out.
