Why did the beard mortgage the company for 200 Million?

3 years ago this company had 0 debt. Now after the family received millions of dollars during this fund raising what does KV have to show for this tactic? Butterfly desks and mushroom chairs?

Nothing but trees and shitty art. It is offensive to "art" that we call that shit we rent on the walls as "art"

To enrich the family from investors dumb enough to buy stock in this disaster. This was driven by sheer greed.

Does the company still have the 200million? If not, what happened to the money raised. I thought this offering was to go buy products for Ther-Rx. So when is KV going to buy something that is not a vitamin and is not a generic. Sincere replies appreciated, thanks.

The company has the money. There is nothing to buy for 200 million. They want it free. Maybe we can finally buy Prenate or another third tier prenatal and sell this too?

Never forget that the family sold stock they held first (10-50 million worth)..then the market bought the rest of the debt. To enrich the family at the expense of the company is a shame.

People, People, Try to think about this a little bit. We built EC IV (spending about 50% more for the office side of the facility than for the manufacturing / warehouse side), did an almost complete remodel of EC III, moved a bunch of people around to different facilities, bought "Danazol" outright instead of parternering it (for leagal reasons I can't discuss here), have about 3/4 of a million dollars worth of trees to be planted at EC IV, ordered over 100 butterfly desks and needed to rent a bunch of new artwork for all that new office space. Where do you thik that money came from, the family and the florist? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.... oh, it hurts...

Is there a place for Marcs dogs to shit? if not, better build a kennel. Maybe build a kennel and hang some of that art work, better yet, tile the floor of the kennel with the art and let the dogs shit on it....just a thought? Maybe it should go in the rooster crows?

The longer you wait to buy products the more good people leave, or maybe that's thier plan! The big producers who make the most money for the company are being pushed out by subpar management, i.e. Scott G. Your FUZZY math doesn't add up!

What vitamins are for sale? Look for KV to buy another vitamin....This compnay is very short on common sense and remember we dont have any experts here....that why we hire consultants.

I bet the deep inside the vitamins is a cure/vaccinne for Avian Flu. I bet folisorb and chuncky calcium and nate to the EFA hold untold promise for the pending bird flu pandemic.

A post that told the future of There-rx. December 2005.

Wow. 2005. Truer words about this hell hole have never been written.

March 2013 says hello to the poster from 2005.

The quote from Dec 2005 was really not correct. The millions raised did go for new facilities and etc., but not to the Hermelin family. In fact, as of today, the Hermelin family has lost almost all of the value it had in KV stock. A shame really, since the company was doing so well in 2005. Shows how quickly a company can be distorted by poor management... but I don't think it was only Marc Hermelin's doing.

Either you are stupid or you didn't work there at that time.

Hey, I didn't say that Marc Hermelin didn't have part in the demise of the company... he did, but so did the management team that he depended upon. The remnant of that management team (namely, Divis, Goedeke, and some others) are still there doing what they can to destroy the company. You've got to agree that even since Marc Hermelin's departure from the company, the company made some pretty awful decisions that can be traced to Divis and his management cohorts (and perhaps the board of directors).

Divis was then and is today totally over his head. To label him clueless is an insult to those who have no clue. But these are the types of puppets that Marc and Sara wanted. Granted Greggie would have been canned long before if the beard wear not fired himself. Even the beard wanted the 27 Million in retirement. Mike Anderson is another in a long line of executives (from there-rx, ethex, discovery, etc) who sat idly by and let it happen.
