Pretty long story for sure but to keep it short ...

I believe she was fired for trying to do the right thing... Her "higher ups" wanted her to "see the grey" a.k.a. "Do illegal shit"

After finding out what a giant lawsuit could have been slapped on a few people her direct report was bent on having to realign the territories and lose $$$ ... Comes down to who can stomp on who for money and cover their ass to avoid lawsuits...

Olympus is dirt through and through...


She was a GREAT RVP ... Hands down!

I fucking hate Olympus with a fury. This kind of scum-ball management is all too prevalent at OCA. Thats all it is these days is CYA for the RVP & AVP. So many overly selfish, arrogant, and evil managers at Olympus. I wish I could wave a magic wand and help many of the reps get out of that environment. I am SO glad to have escaped working for that place.
I hope the marketshare and stock price continue to dwindle at Olympus.

Looks like the corporate fags at OCA are ripping posts down yet again, in a desperate attempt to suppress the lies and corruption that goes on inside OCA. What exactly happened with Brittany Schmid? There's an AVP in Urology in the central region who allows certain reps to sell laser fiber into other reps territories, and then backs up the rep who sells it illegally into the account.
True story.
The rampant corruption at Olympus never ceases to amaze me.
There's no doubt that there should be mass firings in upper management within Olympus.

Anyone who fights back against the truth is truly pitiful. Anyone who has worked for Olympus knows all too well, what a shit hole it is to work for. Also, anyone who makes a desperate attempt to cut another person down and make comments on their lack of sales, has no ACTUAL knowledge of their job. All you are doing is proving how low your intelligence quotient is.
