PIP Plans should be handed out left and right!!!! Unacceptable and No Excuses!!
Bc it is a generic fish oil.... now go back to your cubicle and stfu.... and if your a manager you are what is wrong... no go back to your cave and stfu!!!
Because JT and JB are kindly, philanthropic "leaders":
1. Create unattainable goals
2. Some reps will leave company
3. Remaining reps get PIP
This is true based on Amarin history, however it's possible that management could begin the use of PIP's to increase the pressure on those they wish to drive out. The pressure is coming, it's just a matter of who will be targeted and what tactics will be employed (pun intended!). I'm sure some managers (with sociopathic tendencies) enjoy the process of managing out members of their team, but for others it's probably one of the worst parts of their job. Not sure if there's a way to do that compassionately, but it would be nice of them to take a gentler approach, all things considered. The sales force has suffered enough already, but there's more pain ahead.We don't do PIPs we just fire people "At Will"...
