If NVS laid off all of their Xolair reps, why are there now over 30 allergy specialty positions open?
Different division - allergy is a newly created divisionIf NVS laid off all of their Xolair reps, why are there now over 30 allergy specialty positions open?
Based on my experience and time with Novartis, this company is horrible at cross filling openings with displaced reps from other divisions. The cross-division collaboration is non-existent.If NVS laid off all of their Xolair reps, why are there now over 30 allergy specialty positions open?
Bingo. This company has zero loyalty to employees. They would rather hire external then give their own reps priority! Gosh, Sherita even bragged about the percent of external hires Renal brought on. Same old story here.Based on my experience and time with Novartis, this company is horrible at cross filling openings with displaced reps from other divisions. What will the new allergy reps promote then?Different division - allergy is a newly created division
These new allergy positions are largely already spoken for. You laid off peeps will have few if any opportunities here. What will the new allergy reps promote then?
No complaining here. Just stating fact. Not true! Many Xolair reps are interviewing - as am I. How about waiting to see how many internal/Xolair reps are fired before complaining…
Whether it’s 2 fired reps are 200 it’s a moot point at this point. No complaining here. Just stating fact.
Do you have a food allergy? Here's a novel idea, avoid the food. Carry an EpiPen or one of the hundred other options. Don't take your greed out on me. The big ocean of money is going to dry up eventually... What will you resort to then?Another allergy medication in a market saturated with products... Thank you for providing an unneeded and no doubt expensive hundredth option.
Obviously Somebody Got shit canned from the hiring process. Easy to grind that axe now but you know that’s not what you told the recruiter on your phone screen.Another allergy medication in a market saturated with products... I will never forget how socially inept Sherita’s brag about hiring outside candidates was. I will always remember feeling stunned that she couldn’t imagine who her audience was or what they would think of her boast about passing them over.Bingo. This company has zero loyalty to employees. Novartis won’t learn. Renal isn’t the first division where internal hires were overlooked. Happens all the time in other divisions. Remember when AAA was created and the recruiters wouldn’t even give phone screens to internal hires?? Remember when they sold off the eye division and those employees were cast aside instead of trying to find jobs for them? What about the entire Neuro sales team who was told other divisions had been on a hiring freeze to help place those employees! Hardly any of them were retained. She will always be remembered for that at Novartis and should really learn from it and move on.
Yeppers totally good luck with that.Another knuckle-dragging rep
It wasn't even the stupidest thing she said on that call.I will never forget how socially inept Sherita’s brag about hiring outside candidates was. I will always remember feeling stunned that she couldn’t imagine who her audience was or what they would think of her boast about passing them over.
