If you work here you know that answer. We all do…

I assume you are referring to the good ol’ boys network.
It would interesting to see what HR would find if they made a few phone calls…although the “network” is really good at covering for each other….but then they are also good at bragging about it later. Wonder which one leaves next…but I assume we are all thinking the same person

If HR made some calls, they would learn that many of the boys are bullies too.
And not only to women, but also men.

One should have never been in that job and clearly had no idea about business or leading people. She led her team like a high school club, was the first out the door when things got difficult, and left everyone she hired and recently fired hanging.

They were both exposed once PDV left. One shouldn't have been promoted to GM, and the other gaslighted what value her team brought. They ran once emperor's new clothes happened. There is no good ol boys network at their level, that's one tier below them.

Its all about rah rah ego stroking or being a former military guy. Hot mess these days and the company cant effectively produce regranex/santyl/get better contracts for Grafix/pico

They want us to go head to head with KCI and give us crap to sell… and crap as a DME for post acute… the leaders need to learn how to lead for a change instead of making these bad plays

Plus our npwt leaders are dictators and idiots. Just here to chop us all up. Prob getting ready for a buyout or some shit wouldn’t put anything past r,m and a at this point rn
