Why are BSC Endo Reps so unhappy right now?

I was at a workshop this past weekend and overheard two BSC reps talking about how moral was so low due to cuts in compensation. One indicated that he would doubt if a lot of people left if they did change something. I did not intrude into their conversation to find out what was going on, but am interested to see if anyone knows? Has something changed?

I have noticed that a few long-time reps and managers have been let go recently. What's up with you guys right now?

Current BSC rep here; comp hasn't been cut, just need to sell new tech in order to qualify for full comp. They're probably complaining because the new tech isn't as easy to sell as everything else we have; hopefully this weeds out the duds.

-Regarding reprocessing; I see very little in the Northeast. Is West coast still doing a lot?

J&J is having Sterilmed reprocess all your products. I have seen it across the nation, and a lot in the Northwest.
