Obviously…. Vanda is the rebound company for reps and managers fresh off being laid off. Most leave in 6-12 months after they get a better job.
I get the reps, but all the directors and vps have been leaving.
They’re doing the same thing as reps and managers. When you’re on the rebound and need a job you come here as a stop gap job until something better comes along.
When directors and vps are leaving a company, they know something. What’s the general sense on the future?
Fanapt numbers are really bad. Ponvory was DOA and the new drug is a disaster.

This is crazy, Charlie was here only like 4-5 months and they demoted Christine and Tom to bring him in. Christine recently left a now Charlie gone , now no sales director & we’re getting ready to double the sales force, do we all really need teammates in our territory’s ?
The lack of script volume says something needs to be done.
