Hey, here is an idea: Retain competent employees through the ups and downs. Don't jack around competent employees through extremely deceptive performance review practices. And last but not least, treat employees honestly. If they relocate to a place like Indiana, they did you a HUGE favor. You burned so many bridges, Lilly HR.... not ever going back.
