Why all the turnover?

It is because upper management treats us like crap and micromanages us to death. All we do is work to check boxes, not actually sell. A decent rep with a brain and a good work ethic can only take the Strativa madness for so long. It's just not worth it. Despite the downturn of the industy a good, hard working rep will be able to find a job elsewhere with a little more stability and work-life balance for the same money.

Yeah, you may make $15k in Q1 but how many reps max out bonus four quarters in a row? I am guessing most average about $30k a year (of course I know there are some that blow it out every quarter but that is the exception, not the rule) which is pretty much what you can get elsewhere. It may be only $7 or $8 k a quarter but at the end of the year the total is the same and for what? Dealing with the constant stress and mistrust of upper management? Not worth it.

It is so sad that no one cares that there is so much turnover. You would think they would realize that sales is still a relationship sell. Especially with these products.
