Not at all big pharma. Small company feel without all the micro-managing. Our team is a pretty tight-knit group. I love I can pick up the phone and call my VP if I want to. Open door policy. Overall really great people. They give us nice cars, decent salary good-great bonuses, good time off and good technology. The meetings are always top-notch. The biggest bummer is the 401K. You'll def want to open an IRA if considering coming here.How would you describe it to work there?

Not sarcasm. Totally serious. It's not perfect but I guess it also depends on which BU you work for. I mean it's not a secret we're in chapter 11 so there's restructuring going on but there are still good people that work here and they pay well.Love the sarcasm!!
