Why all the job openings?

How would you describe it to work there?
Not at all big pharma. Small company feel without all the micro-managing. Our team is a pretty tight-knit group. I love I can pick up the phone and call my VP if I want to. Open door policy. Overall really great people. They give us nice cars, decent salary good-great bonuses, good time off and good technology. The meetings are always top-notch. The biggest bummer is the 401K. You'll def want to open an IRA if considering coming here.

Is that open door, the back door?

Thanks for the positive reply. What’s the company match on the 401k? Also, why all the openings?

Love the sarcasm!!

Not sarcasm. Totally serious. It's not perfect but I guess it also depends on which BU you work for. I mean it's not a secret we're in chapter 11 so there's restructuring going on but there are still good people that work here and they pay well.

Are reps fearful of the hammer coming down with more layoffs?

It is a small company and there’s still a lot of great people here. I agree with everything, including the 401K, which I hoped would change after they sent us those surveys about our benefits, but I’m not sure what actually changed.

The cars just went from awesome choices to the same crap as general pharma. Since we pay to use them and it’s basically our office, it’s disappointing and I’m sure there will be more good things taken away.

Overall, MNK is a less toxic and better place to work than the other pharma companies I had been at before.
