Whose climate survey results were worst?

In Oncology it was Pablo. 33% of his staff openly admitted they were actively interviewing external to Novartis. 75% had negative rating on his management. His ratings were so bad that HR had to come in and try to spin the results. Such efforts only make the problem worse and everyone's wondering if Riva will admit his mistake in hiring him. The best was when we benchmarked OGD to other pharma and we were among lowest in industry.

Think about it... His name is Pablo - HR won't touch him... The only person that could possibly have more job security is some woman named La'Tyrona or D'Keesha ;) .... PHUK off Diversity Training

Go to the dictionary under arrogant is Pablo's face. Plays favorites too. Worst thing to happen to Oncology. Why did Riva even make this position? Where did he get the idea?

Additional problem is that HR manager results are amongst the worst... so Novartis HR management sympathizes with the crappy managers..

don't forget: Novartis = leadership thru fear and intimidation. This is intentional. The survey reflects the 'success' of this policy. Therefore, no surprises. Sr management should be happy.
