fooling who these days. Wow, 4 months as a manager and more than 70% of one of the highest performing districts is gone. The DC district has dismantled, left, took off, and parted ways with the new manager who is only in it for himself. If you think that the business you once had will return by hiring copy salesman, enterprise car washers, and kids looking to kiss your ass, you have been fooled.

I have a tip for you, watch your step out there in the field cause the tiny bags of Kit-Kats aren't cutting it with the staff.

This guy can't stop smiling long enough to cry. He is not management material and will never be a successful leader, but then again he is the new breed of Strativa managers. Promote those that will never be able to get a job managing anywhere else so they can't leave. It's bad enough he moved from one of the cheapest places in the country to one of the most expensive places to live and was shocked by the cost of a house. Who takes a job that forces you to move without doing your homework first.
