A bold statement that there isnt a Zimmer Spine Manager capable enough to hire good people. Took all of the decision making away from the field. Have fun watching the embarassing skits at your NSM. DO yourself a favor - keep him at least 100 yards away from any of your surgeons. Good like with PG - you are all F'd.
 









Everyone at Zimmer spine are idiots. Well Chris Ryan knows how things work. But the AVP's are clueless, especially James Crawford. This guy looks like a used car salesman, just like Will Ferrell on East Bound and Down.

The former Stryker boys are running the show. Yet another company that turns to failed Styker retreads in hopes of getting a shot in the arm. You would think they would learn from history, if they failed at Stryker they will fail with you. Wish I had been a Stryker guy, I could be a COO or AVP and not really know how I got the job or how to hold on to it. Zimmer Spine will be out of the market in the next 3 years thanks to these clowns.

People love to blame others. Bottom line the product is below average and were not willing to buy business in an unethical manner. Spines a rat race and we lose. Game ova
 



Paulson is group president, Gravelin is COO, Healy is president of spine. Seems like Gravelin is calling the shots and using the Stryker boys to do his bidding. Heard most of the directs are looking to leave in the midwest and northwest. Distributor in my area is strong, but he has several other product lines in the bag to help fill all of the holes. They need to make a big move to become a player again or move on.
 






Is Scott Gunnigle still there?

He has got to be one of the sorriest sonsabitches ever to be called "manager". The only thing he can manage is his morning jerk off in the shower. And managing that is even a struggle for him.
 






Idiots. Zimmer spine is a joke. None of the managers could hack it at a real spine company, that's why there are at Zimmer. It's not the products, it's the management. They are all rejects or they would be with a real company. Zimmer should be embarrassed of their spine division.

As someone who has worked for this division, I have to agree and disagree with your statement. The senior management sucks and they are too busy trying to keep their jobs to do their jobs. There are some good people in the lower levels of management, but they are drowned out by the the likes of the man behind the curtain. Some know him as the all powerful Oz and others call him Paul Gravelin.
Not a bad product line to carry as a distributor because you can pick up other lines to fill all of the holes in the bag.
