Another rep in the Capitol Region bounces. What in the hell is going on in this area? They cannot keep reps on board to save there life. They should flip the whole region indirect and fire the clearly incompetent RM.

Word on the street is the RM is clueless on how to manage. Calls the reps in for a dinner meeting and tells them they all "suck." What a great motivator.
