when a company treats people this bad they lose everyone. Do analysts know that they had a layoff?

Not so fast about Inventiv. There are those that still think MNK is going for all contract and wanting to divest itself from legacy reps. If that is the case, watch for the Aug and Sept numbers game to play out, see how many get let go then. Then they may roll any remaining legacy reps into hospital force and keep Inventiv in the offices.

Or they could wait for the numbers game to play out, get rid of Inventiv and go with large MNK territories. It is all a waiting game now.

What are you smoking to think that legacy reps are being rolled into hospital sales? Most don't even make as much as the inventive avg base salary!
 






What makes sense is that after the next round of layoffs, remaining legacy reps will convert to inventive. MNK has been on a steady path in going to a true contract sales force. It's the biggest reason we've partnered with ZS, to crunch the numbers and make this a viable transition.

so the few that make the cut past Sept numbers can't be rolled in to hospital, trained, and given a raise?

Don't know for sure, but I don't think the hospital gig is gonna happen for legacy reps. The thing I think you're missing is that with Pennsaid gone, and XXR far from profitable, if a takeover happens, legacy and MNK brand as we now know it, will go away. There will be nothing left to sell.

That's BS. 15 confirmed by whom? We don't get a sales force roster or any kind of update about who resigned unless it's in our district. You just make it up and post it to stir shit up. Yes, some people have left whether they wanted to or not and that's a shame. But just making up numbers to cause anxiety is sick.

I'm not the one who posted the 15 number, but I do know for a fact that in my region, 10 reps have voluntarily left. No PIP or severance, they just left of their own volition. I'm pretty sure they got fed up with the BS and had other jobs lined up. So that 15 number may not be far fetched if it's total in the nation. One way to find out who left is to check the redemption report and count the vacant territories as the weeks go by. But I got my info from a much more reliable source.
