Who's going to buy B&L when Valeant folds?

It's been shopped around many times, with little real interest. There would be even less now that the ability to develop new products has been decimated, and of course the fact that all remaining employees now have the stigma of having stayed to work for valeant.

You write as if you are still around, but clearly you are not.
Don't get me wrong, things are not sunshine and roses, but headcount in R&D is up (not to pre-Valeant Levels, but higher than 2 years ago).

Valeant did hire a few people that it laid off years ago. Getting fresh talent has not happened because who would want Valeant on their resume if they could avoid it.

Bottom line for R&D. Who knows? Don't expect to get much for your Valeant stock options. However if you can get stock options if the stock drops to 50 or 25 you could make a fortune after Valeant hires a new CEO and sells off some of the companies like B&L.
