Who would leave Takeda to sell Amitiza at Sucampo?

If this deal goes down like many people think, Sucampo will exercise their right to pay Takeda an amount agreed upon by arbitrators to reclaim Amitiza 100%. They have interviewed for Reps and DM's, and made offers with a contingency tied to the arbitration outcome.

Question is, are they a decent company to work for? What is their track record of how they treat reps? Past layoffs, salary, car allowance vs company car????

I don't know if I would or not, I have a feeling they may not be a solid company.

I'm thinking about leaving Takeda to call out the blue light specials at K-Mart! At least K-Mart still has a good reputation and treats their people well!

Yeah, showed up at my interview today and lo and behold I saw my boss interviewing for the DM job. Traitor!! Oh wait, guess I am too. Interviewer told me I was better than my DM for the job, but said that neither one of us made the cut.

P.S. This is all a big fat lie!!!!!
