Seriously, I understand frustrations with Fanapt and reps who were lucky enough to land in a good market, but I believe each of us can make a difference in getting our docs to see benefits of 6anapt and prescribe. The way I see it is the more fanapt written wherever by whoever the more likely we all are to have jobs in the future. For the first time in a long time I actualyy feel like I have control over the most important thing to move business - me.

It's OBVIOUS you aren't a rep working out in the field in CMHC's and units! Must be up in an office with "all the answers"..... I'm sure you also are one of those pushing these "turnaround plans". Try Walking a mile ( or better yet 16 months/40,000 miles) in my shoes first!

I am a rep in the field. I havnt made more than 1200 in a bonus check last year (except the one ic), hear the units say won't start in unit until cmhc uses and vice versa, I also have the rxs that somehow don't get captured, so on and so on.

Look all I'm saying is that the only thing I can control is what I do on a daily basis and I choose to try my best, not for novartis, but for me. Do your thing, I've just decided to try my way this year and see what happens with growing business. it is the reps that move business, not vis aid or memory stick or any other market piece. I am just sick of not making any money and figure the only thing I can do is find a way with a few key docs.
