that’s is a tough one ! They are both narcissistic know it alls! Jaime is more transparently a dick, Wes at times plays the nice guy. Not sure which personality I prefer.

How is it that both of these characters speak to people through their teeth ? Where did they learn this? what are the odds two people with the same affliction would work at the same company ? Were they conjoined twins separated at birth ?

Yes. Both enjoy talking through their teeth. But Wes has him beat, clearly. Wes has a much wider jawline which is evidence that he talks through his teeth more often than Jaime.

Buuuuut Wes has real world evidence with Matrix partners! Most managers can play nice with others that are not direct reports. His former FRMs cannot stand him. Their manager tolerates him.
