If you receive an offer, who will call? Hiring manager or HR?

They told us in Atlanta today that HR rep will let us know by Fri eve. HR rep yesterday told me same thing, they would have answer to us by Fri.
When I was hired earlier this year the HR person contacted me first. Once that person confirmed the basics of the offer my manager called me the next day to welcome me aboard.
Offers went out around noon today. I didn't get mine, however another person I know the went for a position, got it.
Did anybody meet with the RD and did not hear back, good or bad
My recruiter told me today not everyone is in a rush to hire today or tomorrow. If you didn't meet with RD yet, you still aren't out. Different areas have varying circumstances.
Congratulations to everyone who was chosen! While I was not I wish you all great success--I believe this drug will change lives.
I spoke to HR recruiter today as was told we would know today. Was told they will call next week now.
It is called not being chosen, ass face. Many is not all of these territories were filled long before you interviewed, sorry this is the business bud. Move on.
I didn't get the call either. A competitor of mine did get the call around 4. Recruiter mentioned that they would be moving on to further seeking new candidates starting next week. Hire date is June 25th.

if you didnt hear you didnt get the job. he meant they are starting to interview new candidates next week for positions that they either did not find a suitable candidate for this week or the one they found rejected todays offer. you might get the rejection notice next week or in two weeks or more. those letters are not the priority.
