I really don't give $h!t because I don't have a dog in this hunt. I personally wouldn't work for either company. Just a couple of them deserve to lose their jobs for some inappropriate behaviors with clients (Dr's), each other, and company equipment.

What are defining as low and mid level?
I define the AVP's as mid level. Virtually all will be gone within 12 months.
Quest has a transition plan that they will implement in phases throughout the year. It won't all happen at once. By Christmas, almost all of Solstas' management will be gone or re-assigned and you will be doing things the Quest way. Don't buy into the "nothing's going to change" rhetoric - it's fools gold.
All IT Managers will be done. All IT directors will be gone. Supervisors will stay. Executive Asst. will go - she's useless. Staff will remain because Quest cannot integrate that quickly.
Billing Managers will stay, Bye Lisa - useless as well.
Front office -- gone. Duplication of efforts all the way around.
Lab staff -- pretty stable until work is reallocated.
The "oh brother" "listen here son" "some see me" useless bag or organic matter - drawn and quartered at noon.

As someone who worked in IT for 15+ years and is now retired. I have never seen this kind of BS in my life.
During my time at Spectrum/Solstas I have seen a lot of jokers get promotions due to their family ties, friendships, or other reasons not related to their competence or knowledge. What a disgrace. I know a lot of folks who left and became very successful because they found an employer thst gave them a fair shot.
When will the Solstas reps find out if they are in or not. Nobody seems to know what is going on and WHo is making the final decisions?
DSMs on the Quest side seem to be in the dark on all this. Kinda strange.
