Its Bob's job to put some lipstick on this pig and sell!
The inmates aka the management
The bank does for now until they find someone to buy the lab. Just a matter of time.

Michael Scott runs the company. He used be at Dunder Mifflin.

Thirteen open sales positions, positions in the lab, and leadership in the billing department. These are the types of opening the company currently has. Trying to maximize sales and decrease the open AR ledger?
does the area sales director lose her maternity leave?Bingo. They cut most of management and then took that money and is using it to recruit sales people while also trying to mine A/R as quickly as possible.
They've cut benefits dramatically as well. They just cut all maternity leave and are forcing employees to use short term disability for maternity leave. They did this because there were at least two women in sales that are pregnant, so anything to save a dime.
They're also nickel and diming the rest of the staff. You can no longer take vacation unless you've accrued it. So, if you get 3 weeks a year, you can only use what you've accrued, which means no one can take a week off in January. You used to also get your birthday off, and they took that away.
They're trying to squeeze 11 cents out of dime...
Having to use short-term disability? Wait until you accrue vacation? Sounds like employment practices from the 1980's. Good luck attracting good people to come work for you with those policies in place.

It doesn't stop, either. They're looking at pay cuts now as well as firing "over-qualified" people so they can bring in replacements more in line with "market rates".
